Vision Vet is a trading name of Tamir Spiegel Ltd (“Vision Vet”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07073282. Our registered office is 139 Wilbraham Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 7DS.

2. These terms
These terms apply when a veterinary practice, veterinary surgeon or client uses our referral, telemedicine, tele membership or CPD services, or uses this website. By sending a referral or membership form, booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
3. Our services
- Visiting referrals: an ophthalmology vet assesses and treats the patient at the referring or host practice.
- Telemedicine: written reports and virtual video consultations based on the information the referring vet provides.
- Ophthalmology tele membership: a monthly membership for practices, with free reports and a consult plus a discount on additional reports.
- CPD: the comprehensive 12-month ophthalmology course and webinars for veterinary surgeons.
4. Referrals
Referrals are made by the referring veterinary practice. The referring vet must send the referral form with all the required information, including an accurate clinical history, and good-quality pictures where relevant. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the appointment. If you don’t hear back, please email again or call.
Appointments depend on availability. We will always discuss the case with the referring vet before arranging treatment.
5. Telemedicine is an advisory service
Ophthalmology telemedicine is an advisory service. Clients and vets should be aware that I might not be able to provide a diagnosis or treatment, and I might need to recommend referral to an ophthalmologist.
My recommendations are based on the clinical history, clinical findings and the quality of the images provided. They are purely advisory, and responsibility for the case remains with the veterinary surgeon.
6. Aftercare and out of hours
Following my consultation or procedure, ongoing care is handed back to the referring practice. If the patient requires assessment or treatment out of hours, they should attend the practice’s designated OOH provider.
I remain available for appropriate case-related advice and will provide the necessary clinical handover. The host practice must have suitable OOH arrangements in place for patients requiring hands-on assessment or emergency treatment.
OOH access to the host practice
Where the host practice provides authorised access to its premises and appropriate facilities out of hours, I am happy to attend and assess new OOH cases.
I am also happy to attend ongoing cases that I have previously treated where the host practice can provide suitable OOH access to the premises. Where access is not available, any patient requiring hands-on assessment or treatment should be directed to the host practice’s designated OOH provider.
Referring vets are asked to confirm they agree to this section when they send a referral form.
7. Fees and payment
Our current fees are shown on the prices page. Fees may change from time to time. The fee that applies is the one in place when the service is booked.
Referral and telemedicine services are invoiced to the referring practice once the service is complete. Invoices must be paid in line with the payment terms shown on the invoice.
8. Ophthalmology tele membership
The ophthalmology tele membership costs £145 per month and includes 3 ophthalmology telemedicine reports and 1 ophthalmology telemedicine consult free each month, plus a 10% discount on any additional reports while the membership is active. When you send the membership form, entering your initials confirms that you’d like to join and that you agree to these terms. We will contact you to set up the membership and payment before it starts.
The membership runs month to month. To cancel, email info@vision-vet.co.uk before your next monthly payment is due.
9. CPD courses and webinars
CPD courses are booked and paid for through BookYourWebinar, and their booking terms also apply to your purchase. Recordings of the comprehensive 12-month ophthalmology course are available for 24 months.
Course materials and recordings are for your own professional development. Please don’t share, copy, record or distribute them without our written permission.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email.
11. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service.
12. Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance and is not a substitute for a clinical examination or advice about a specific patient. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
The text, photographs, logo and course materials on this website belong to Vision Vet or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written permission.
13. Privacy and cookies
We handle personal information in line with our privacy policy. Our cookie policy explains the cookies used on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
